Amenities
The rooms are available to all residents on a first come first serve basis (unless it has been reserved) during the times mentioned below without reservation or fees. However, any resident wanting to reserve a room must schedule with the On-Site Manager and pay the appropriate fee.Groups of 10 or more will be assessed the room fee regardless of if a reservation has been made.
Common Area Room Rental
Security Deposit (refundable) $500.00
Room Fee (up to 4 hours) $100.00
Additional fee after 4 hours $35/hour
Club Room
The Club Room is open daily from 7am - 12 midnight. To reserve the room, please contact the Manager for availability and applicable fees. Click to see pictures.
Game Room
The Game Room is open daily from 7am - 12 midnight. To reserve the room, please contact the Manager for availability and applicable fees.
Computer Room
The Computer Room is open 24 hours a day. A printer/scanner/copier /fax is avialable.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is open daily from 7am - 12 midnight. To reserve the room, please contact the Manager for availability and applicable fees.
Theater Room
The Theater Room is open daily from 7am - 12 midnight. To reserve the room, please contact the Manager for availability and applicable fees.
Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open 24 hours a day.
Outdoor Pool
The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day. Look in the gallery to see a picture.
Grills
Available 7am to 12midnight 7 days a week.
